Congratulations, whats your visa office? are you inland or outland?
thanks, Outland from India.
Hi guys
got PPR today!
timeline in signature
Lovely!
Dear Ertarun and ShannonT
I am so happy to hear your good news. I wish the best for your future life. Congratulations from my heart !
Thanks Guys!
I hope they take actions to decrease PR processing times.
More than 12 months of processing is not acceptable in any case.
It will be lowered eventually for sure once QWSP backlogs gets cleared. I am one such example of getting DM in 12th month.

Hi Nits
Here:
My Timeline:
Application received : 26 Feb 2018
AOR: 27 March 2018
ROPRF Paid : 28 March 2019
Started Processing: 29 March 2019
Medical request: 25 September 2019
Medicals done: 01 October 2019
Medical received: 03 October 2019
Medical passed: 03 October 2019
DM: 19 October 2019
PPR: 22 October 2019
"God knows better" replaced by wonderful dates, that happens when almighty showers his blessing....
Quick question ShannonT, once they received your medicals, did you notice any change in the timeline? In my case, they increased the timeline by yet another month after receipt of the medicals..... now it says Feb 2020. I am wondering if this was automated or related to the medicals... Medicals were received 11 Oct 2019, so I can't believe it would take til Feb 2020...
I understand but that doesn't make sense what is the difference between Jan 2020 and Feb 2020? In principle if it's a yearly quota, then the fact that we did not receive it in January 2020 means we will not receive it in all of 2020.... We've been waiting since 2018 so...
Hi
dont worry, the actual processing time increased by another month for everyone and it is just coincidence that they increased it when you did medicals. Mine increased by 1 month to Jan 2020 when I did medicals too but I still got the PPR weeks after it!
1-888-242-2100 , press option 1, if it still continues to speak in French, disconnect the call , call again and press 1 for English. You might have to repeat this process till you get the English menu.
They might also have some mechanism to prevent huge call volumes from populous countries if you call from outside Canada.
So create a google voice account or use Skype. If you have a friend in Canada, do a conference call thru your friend.
Thanks, Nikhil56. Unfortunately, I could not reach this number at all 1-888-242-2100.
I again tried to call the other number, it is still the same and it does not connect me to the operator.
They also did not give me a response from the Web Form, not even a generic one.
If you figure out a new way to reach IRCC call center from outside of Canada, please let us know.

You need to call between 8 and 8.30 in the morning, I already called 3 times, at 9 it's too late. When you are calling from outside you need to contact your local VO. If you call from internet number you may get through. By the way, they can give you only basic information which is also available online, not much of a help.

Hi,
I did not receive any interest of people for maintaining the spreadsheet. I will no longer maintain the spreadsheet. All the automations and protections have been removed.
If there is anyone who cares about the quality of this information, you need to step up now and send me an email. I will transfer ownership to you. Otherwise, watch the spreadsheet get destroyed by careless people.
Good luck to everyone!
Cheers,
Guenther
