Wrong answer provided (tuberculosis question)

I recently applied and had answered "no" to the question asking if I had any family members who had tuberculosis in the past 2 years, but now I realized after having contact with my family that my nephew had TB in late 2017 but he is cured from the disease.

How can I rectify this? I need to know if it might be considered as misrepresentation or if there is something I can do, perhaps I could somehow contact CIC and let them know I made a mistake and I want to make amendments to my answers. FYI my background check is already under process, for a week now.

My case is same
In my case they asked about having tb I told them That neither i have nor my family members
However they will take only your medical and during chest x ray they will check either you have tb ir not.
In short don’t worry it would create no issue everything is fine
But if u r having tb then issue may occur
And I think you don’t have
So all the best
