I have a query, once we are done with medical, how long it takes to get updated in Ecas. The medical facility told us that it will be an e-medical, which I believe they will be updating the results online/ rite?

It takes 7 to 15 days to reflect in ECAS

This is normal and is actually requested specifically on the application. It asks for a maximum of 20 photos in different locations and at different times of you and your spouse/partner. It sounds like they're asking for it now because you missed it on the application.

do we have to send the copies and our pictures again?? why do they ask for those pictures in the application and then again?? it feels like a waste of money to do it twice?? ALSO I got my PPR today!!! but i'm really confused on if i need to send it because they already have the two photos (each) of me and my daughter with the name DOB and photography stamp.... and they have the photocopies of our passports like is requested in the PPR

Yes, you do need to provide additional photos and scans of your passport. Provide exactly what the letter requests, even if it's something you've already submitted. I'm not sure what they do with the ones you submit as part of the application, but they wouldn't ask for it if they didn't need it.

AOT: Oct. 5 (with request of payment of dependent fee which is we forgot to pay.) Paid october 10 and submitted same day.

Until now there is no update. Even bio request none. Pls enlightened me.

Hi All!
We are newly wed ( married in june ) . I am from mongolia , my husband is from canada . Earlier this year i applied twice for visitor visa to canada . But they refused us twice . i had no intention to stay just to visit hin for 2 weeks (since he work on shifts) but they said they were not convinced that i will leave the country , while i have kid , job , school to attend also appartment that i own in Mongolia . so then we went to USA and got married . And we applied for Family sponsor ... now hoping for positive answer since now i am going to intentionally stay there lol .
