We have already raised about 4 webforms. Is it ok to raise to another one with this information now.

We have however mentioned about the refusal. Will too many webforms cause any problem ?

Submitting web-forms is not generally a reason for a refusal. At least I've not seen anyone being refused on these grounds.

You can call them, they would respond to e-mail, but it will be sometime if at all. Calling is more productive.
