You can, there is a second page after you fill out your information, it will ask you if you are submitting anything with your request. Click yes and it will allow you to upload

21st June. and they requested official transcript on 10th October. i uploaded same day. and they started reviewing it on 11th october.
got approved on 15th october

hello, from where you are? Im applying also from the Philippines, you have awaited for how many months, I thought that generally they process student permit within two to three months only

My friend is from the Middle East.
Status is still IN PROCESS. Others who sent after 13th/14th June have been receiving theirs so I am little bit tensed now for my friend.
