Same thing happened to me as well. Only way to be sure is to order gcms notes , i was told my security was in process and then a week later they said security hasnt been initiated yet , so they have non co siatent information sometimes .

I also ordered gcms note last month still same, they never touched my profile since MEP. So disappointed with cic

After few days I called again they said security has not yet started.

same thing they told me today they said criminality is in process but before 2 weeks they told me that your eligibility is in process but today they said it not started yet.
