Near our place there are three passport seva kendars - Amritsar, Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur. I can choose any?

You can select the nearest to your place. Which Passport Seva Centre is not as critical, but selecting the right Police station / SHO online for your residential area is. The local verification will be done by an officer from your local SHO..

Are you in Phagwara? Just asked cuz of nostalgia. I was involved with the "Lovely" family while designing the LPU campus early-on in 2001-2003. It was a small campus back then...

There are so many people in fact most applicants got dm after being in process for one day. Now it's getting slower though

I can see PA biometric previous record and validity till 10 years in MYCIC. My parents have visit visa so i believe thats y its there.

So my parents are still going to get biometric request?

Hi,

My ECAS now shows as Decision Made, But when I click on it for details, it does not show any new line.

Also checked my account, when I first login in Current status it shows profile updated, But when go to check the "Check full application status". There is no update.

Is this normal?

I am basically located near Gurdaspur. But have a few relatives in phg. Its very nice place. Now that you mentioned, I am nostalgic too because I have some good childhood memories from that place.

Biometrics for Visitor Visa is not accepted by IRCC for PR applications. Check the below weblink to determine:
