5.5k INR per person at Max Lajpat Nagar. Mind-you all services were in-house. Parents didn't have to go elsewhere for X-rays.
They have a dedicated Cell for Immigration (Australia* / Canada & UK)

* Funny that my parents had given another exam appx 10 days before the Canadian IME for Australia Visitor VISA...but results cannot be reused.

I have a query regarding PR for my parents. They received the AOR in May and biometric request on Sep 27. They have completed biometric. They will be traveling to Canada in October for a period of 6 months. What happens when they receive PCC and medical? Can this be done in Canada or only in India?

PCC and medicals can be done in Canada. If they have 7-10 days, get the PCC from India before coming. These are valid for 6 months and can be submitted when CIC asks for these. This is what my parents did at end-July and I submitted these today.

I have a general question. If visit visa / TRV for parents is expiring in December 2019. Can they travel on that visa in December or November, with 1 month of validity left?. will the agent give 6 months entry on it? any experiences.

In my relatives this thing happend twice in the past and nothing went wrong. Family was able to enter and no specific date mentioned. As per law six months stay if nothing written otherwise by visa officer. (It was the 2nd last day of visa expiry)

We don't need to submit anything. Medical results are uploaded by the Dr. / Medical facility directly to IRCC system. See this post (#24038) on what happens / timing after IME. Of course this timing is for a specific facility in Delhi but is more or less in line with what is happening post IME globally. You can check the tracker for other similar timeframes specific to your City.
