Hi @anne2605, I did get a GU on Friday, 27 Sept (saw it on Saturday).
Also I got my PPR on 30 Sept.
My details are exactly the same as yours and Visa offc is Ottawa too!
So stay hopefully and be very alert of your GU and spam folder!

Okay, hoping this week we going to get PPR, let me know any changes from your end, i too update you..

I too received reply for webform today morning, which i raised last week. It says as follows -

"All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

While the processing times may vary with each case, we will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible."

This is the latest update, i think BG is completed, as they not mentioned anything about BG in webform reply.

Yesterday GU and today webform reply.

Hi, I tried reaching IRCC through the text now app but in vain.
I downloaded the app it gave me a Canadian number, and after that, I have been calling the number 8882422100, it is only ringing (No automated options available) and then getting disconnected.
Do we have to purchase any of their plans before calling?? Your advice on this will be highly appreciated.

I used Call Hippo App, i have tried many times , no luck. They cannot find my application. Maybe since i am outside the country.
You can try, but call has not worked for me so far.

AOR March 6 , I had a 1st GU two weeks ago I guess as I wasn't checking my account everyday , the second was yesterday morning.

It's when you log into your account and see that it says "updated" where it normally says "submitted" but when you click through to view full application, it shows no change.
