What is ghost update ?
1. Login MyCIC
2. In "Current Status" you see "Application/profile Updated"
3. But when you click in to see details, NOTHING is changed

Hi... i hv got 2 ghost updates so far... first ghost update was 26 june when bg changes from fake ip2 to ip1 & second ghost update was on 6th july but this time nothing changed (still bg ip1) but no ppr...
Pls tel me what is my status??

It can be either eligibility or security, you need to call CIC to confirm

I got two ghost updates in April 25 2019,security check initiated in the same day, and then no update,I got SS.

My aor was in august 9 2018，I emailed Ralph, he told me everything passed except security check.Now 5 months passed,I’m sure it’s in SS.I suggest you call cic or email Ralph to confirm you status.

I got 4 GU in total. One after MEP, another one when my bg changes to ip1, nothing changes in third GU & bg changes to ip2 in fourth. My aor is 29 april 2019
