quick recap....CIC received my package on June 4...I got a letter today that my application is accepted. Still I can not connect to my account "Online" and what will be next any idea?? Thanks,

The documents have to be emailed (email ID is provided in the letter. OR one can mail the documents as well but it will result in slower processing.

A simple self signed letter mentioning that no Birth Certificates are available and10th grade / Univ certificates are being provided should suffice. Depending on school / Univ you may have to translate the certificates but I believe most schools /Univ certificates from that era were bilingual / in english anyways.

Ya, I hope so. Are you certain that this will be asked? If yes, I ll get it ready from my parents.

My parents medical was done in Scarborough clinic on Saturday, 21 Sep. Yesterday I called the clinic and they confirmed that reports were submitted to IRCC on Saturday, 28 Sep. I don't it in e-cas or my CIC. Is it normal? How many days it takes?

1)After you login to MyCIC, you click on Link App to this Account button. Choose Permanent Residence in category and Family Class (Parents & Grandparents) in sub-category. This will open all the required fields you will need to fill up.
2) In the passport section, enter the info as seen in the originally sent passport of PA. you can use passport # and date or place.
3) Match the city and province name you entered in the original application.
4) count # of Family member = [ Sponsor + if Cosigner ] do not count kids + [PA + if Dep]
5) open link to see more details.

the other question i have is, I am the sponsor and if i use my UCI it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided".

on the other hand i can't link the paper application as well. any help?

• Supplementary Information – Your travels [IMM 5562] (PDF, 1.76 MB)
  The principal applicant and all family members included in the application who are 18 years of age or older must complete this form.

India – Instruction(s) for documents

• Birth certificates issued in this country: If a birth is registered late, include the original baptism certificate and other original documents establishing identity such as:
  • Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate), and
  • Voter's ID card.
• For divorces obtained in this country, please submit a complete divorce petition, a judgement and a Final divorce decree.
• Identity documents for adopted child with Indian passport: If any child on your application was adopted through customary law and not through courts, you must provide an explanation and proof of the adoption, such as:
  • Original adoption deed;
  • Photographs of the adoption ceremony;
  • Power of attorney documents, if applicable;
  • Evidence of contact and financial support with adoptive parents;

Do we get an acknowledgement when we e-mail the docs to IRCCPGPemail...@cic.gc.ca address ? I submitted all the documents yesterday (CV,BirthCert,PCC etc.) but did not receive any auto generated email.

Ecas and MyCIC is different. "We are processing your application" in MyCIC is a generic message for all.
