No..I didn't get any remedical request..mine will expire on November 2nd

Download an app called - Textnow from playstore. It's free of cost.
U can choose a virtual no. And then call.... Even the waiting is not too long.

Yes exactly - and somewhere I literally lived 9 + years ago. Thank goodness it is one I can request for free online, otherwise... (!)

So after waiting since 14 December with no update, I had 3 messages in 24 hours. Crazy.

At least you won't have any trouble to re-submit it. But it makes no sense that they'd ask for it after sending re-meds Either way, the re-med is a very good indicator, you should be very close to reaching the end of this journey!

Must've felt sooo good to finally hear something from them after all this time! I also haven't heard anything since December 2018, I'm probably one of the very last ones who haven't heard anything in such a long time Our medicals expire in 25 days, we complete 11 months since AOR in 2 weeks, and still the application hasn't been picked up

Unfortunately, there are many people like you, me included, nothing since january...I tried calling few weeks ago, to send a reminder, that didn't help, just got a generic reply, and wen I asked to send another reminder, I was told by the agent that this is impossible, they have recieved my first remainder and replied to the agent on the same day that they will get to it or something...I feel like I have already over it and would rather stay in my home country, but every once in a while this idea of moving to Canada is hitting me back

AOR December 11. In May RCMP clearance was asked and was submitted within 30 days and since then no update.
Agents can't send a reminder. They said the reminder can only be sent on October 25th.
Waiting game is never ending........

you got company no update since 10Jan completing 11 months in weeks too 26 nov AoR and no one is providing any information and stilling like this is really frustrating and medical is expiring on 5 nov

After a super long silence had just received 2 email notifications of updates - for 2 remed requests (mine expired last month, my partners next week).

Hopefully this is a good sign, its surreal to hear anything after so long !

It definitely is a good sign.
Have you got GCMS notes and do you know status of criminality and eligibility?

My wife and I got request for re-medical early August. Completed them 19th August. At that time we also got GCMS notes which stated criminality was passed, and eligibility passed, but security not started and medical ready for re-assess.

Even with my wife's Crohns and medical conditions we didnt get any PFL and we received our Visa Request (Golden email) on Fri 13th Sept
So you should be near the end!
