As many others in this forum I have been a silent observer. Got my PPR email yesterday!! Feeling so relieved and happy. Here is my journey from AOR till PPR:

AOR Date: Feb 15th 2019
Money paid on Feb-15th
Total points: 450
Family: Husband, Wife, 2 kids (total 4)
Resident: USA
Citizen : India
Medical Passed: Apr-2nd
Bio Metrics done: Apr-12th
VO: Montreal
No additional doc requested
Called on July 15th & status was : Eligibility: Recommended Passed, Criminality: Passed, Security: Not Started
Called 4 times in between however the status remained as above
Emailed MP Ralph Goodale on Sep-18th
Not aware of ghost updates as my account was managed by my agent
PPR: Sep-24th (total 222 days)

I truly believe that once your eligibility is recommended passed then its matter of time. Based on the comments from other members in this forum i feel the best VO office is Ottawa and average time for Montreal office is approx. 220 days.

CoPr got rejected or did they ask him to submit photos as per the specifications?
You can go to any professional Photographer and ask him to take photographs according to the specifications. I hope there are professional photographers in Seattle area.

I ordered mine on the 20th of August, received them last Friday the 20th of September. Basically a month! You can hope for 30-32 days but expect 40 days.

It was processing in Ottawa and then IRCC transferred my application to Vancouver local visa office.

Whats your AOR and VO? There seems to be no way to predict. Many were on recommend pass for a while before they got PPR, while some it too less than a week....
