How can i use temporary application no (XF***) to check ECAS.. I tried through online service link but nothing showed up. ..

with Temp (XF...) you cant check Ecas. you can see Ecas ones CIC remove X . you have to wait little more then others May 31 submission as your file was not complete and CIC requested IMM5669 on Aug 30 .

1. Does it come back to Mississauga office for final processing like (Decision Made, PPR) ?
2. Does it remain with Local Visa Office (LVO) until completion of process until PPR?

Please share your insights on which of the above is true.

I don't think PR file come back to Mississauga office. PR file remain with LVO until PPR.

Additional documents were requested on Aug 13th and no AOR till now. However I can see the ecas as application received with my UCI Id from yesterday. Can I link my application now, will it work. Any idea until how long AOR will take?

Wait for AoR or File # before communicate with CIC.
you can update via web-form and attached new Passport copy

You can login as a Sponsor or as PA. When you login as a Sponsor, you will see additional details.

based on the data on PGP 2019 spreadsheet, is it fair to assume PCC either comes before or along with IME request?
I havent got any PCC request, i am assuming i ll now directly get PPR, which apparently is taking quite long for everyone.
