@robertp & @bdidol - apologies that I have tagged you, hope to get your advice
My case is May 22, 2 line below the last pink line in the tracker, and I am "patiently" waiting for my "in process". a couple of quick questions hope I can please get your help.
what are the next steps and timing? my parents are currently in Canada but leaving in late October, wondering if the timing is gonna be an issue. Many thanks.
Agree !!! Very illogical explanation. Multiple people including me have submitted two applications without lawyer for PGP 2019 program and no additional documents were requested before SA letter. It's a waste of time to bang your head against wall.
June 5th-June 10th no AOR yet could mean a positive signal. IRCC updating AORs and send together like they did with end of May until before June. I saw some June 5th applicants missing something have been notified by this time
People are here to get information/updates (positive) and not these kind of information/updates.
It is so simple. If one don't trust the forum,S/he should leave ASAP instead of bothering everyone.

Sorry to be tagging you again. I do completely understand it is impossible for you to respond to each one but I would appreciate if you or anyone else on this forum could help me with my question.
Thanks
It's not mandatory to do it in the home country, but they cannot do it in Canada. You should wait till they did the BIO (and also the medical probably) along with PCC before they move here.
If you have US visa, you can do the bio in US. PCC and medical can be done in Canada.

Hi Chintspatel, No it isn't mandatory to do all in home country. You can do it in Canada or USA depend on which service. For example Biometrics - you need to go to USA but all other you can complete in Canada. My parents are here and we completed all process without going back to home country.

@Chintspatel but your mother needs USA Visitor visa to legally enter USA and get Biometrics done. If your mother doesn't have this, you need to either get it or wait for biometrics completed in homecountry before visiting Canada.
I only meant PCC for medical you need IRCC letter. I have friend who has get medical done without paper but they had UCI number to attach Medical report. I recomend to wait till get IRCC letter for Medical at least.
I received my PR last week amd I am planning to make the big move in December. I needed to understand whether I can immediately start my mother's visitor visa process once I land in Toronto?
You can link with PA UCI # if you have. or wait for AoR to get File #
1)After you login to MyCIC, you click on Link App to this Account button. Choose Permanent Residence in category and Family Class (Parents & Grandparents) in sub-category. This will open all the required fields you will need to fill up.
2) In the passport section, enter the info as seen in the originally sent passport of PA. you can use passport # and date or place.
3) Match the city and province name you entered in the original application.
4) Last Que : count # of Family member = [ Sponsor + if Cosigner ] no kids + [PA + if Dep].
