Yes, there are a few people, but none of them had VO Ottawa as CPC. Most FSW-O cases are in Ottawa. May PPR has been very slow. If IRCC continues to be as slow as lately, most FSW-O will get PPR not earlier than November. I'm aiming December.
I am also aiming 2020 yet you never know when miracle happens. Cases with April AOR have been processed quickly. After that they are just clearing the backlog. All PPRs with Dec to March AOR.

Just tried to contact IRCC (from within Canada) and after trying 3 times I gave up, the automatic system asked me to hang up. Will try again tomorrow morning early to see if they can provide me with some information about the progress of my application.

Try calling at 8:00 am. Wait time is usually 5-10 minutes. I Called them and did not get much details as they said we are processing background check and reviewing eligibility that what online account shows.. !
