Most PPR emails from CPC Ottawa has come at early morning in India, don't know if its a trend but 4:30 am - 7:30 am are the usual timelines.

Not true.. as I received it at 9.16am IST,
IN SPAM...EVEN IF FILTER FOR GMAIL WAS ON!!!

Once you send your first email and let say you receive an update, is it okay to send another email let say a month later to inquiry about the status ? Or it's a one shot email?

His office replies once in 3 months normally but if you are lucky you might get a reply before that as well

I feel it is more stressful now, more than ever..
Before it was just waiting and waiting for PPR..
The real struggle begins now..

Yeah, even I have started asking that myself, like do I really want to deal with what comes after PPR. After that I am like hey PPR take your own time, NO pressure

@RBV2909 as per their twitter, CPC Ottawa and some other offices have started working on Saturdays to avoid more backlogs.

They better start working 24*7 in 3 shifts if they are short of people there will be plenty of people doing survival jobs with very high educational qualification, ask them to higher them and keep working till every application is cleared

Last night we received our PPR. Timeline is mentioned below:

Family of 4
Program - FSW - Express Entry
Category - Outland (India)
ITA - Jan 7, 2019
AOR - Feb 18, 2019
Medicals passed - Feb 22, 2019
Biometric cleared - May 1, 2019
No update for all this while
GCMS notes ordered - July 27 - response awaited till date
Enquiry with Ralph - August 20, received response August 23
Call with IRCC - August 25, same status as Ralph
PPR - September 16
Visa Office - CPC Ottawa

Folks IRCC is taking about 7 months for processing these days. Lot of people in the forum received PPR around completion of 7 months.
Let hopes remain high! Everyone will receive PPRs

Unwillingly joined Elite Club : 18 Aug 2019
Mailed Ralph and called IRCC : 19 Aug 2019
Status received:
Eligibility: Recommended Pass
Criminality : Passed
Security : Not Started

Period of Silence and Frustration followed

Glimmer of hope with Ghost Update: 13 Sep 2019

Anxiety ended with PPR Mail : 16 Sep 2019 (date mentioned in mail)

Btw had a really bad dream last night, I had received a mail from cic which looked like a PPR mail but wasn’t which led me to wake up around 5:30 in the morning

Before I went to check my mail, I checked if people have posted about their PPR in this forum last night. On seeing a post from PKS2019, I could muster some courage to check my mail. I wasn’t really expecting the mail to go to Junk box since all earlier communications from cic came directly in my inbox but this mail had to go to my Junk...

like we discussed yesterday, I didn’t feel anything at first... I guess I’ll take time to adjust to this new development

But the important things is files are moving in Ottawa office and people should receive good news soon
