I just called CIC, the agent said that on the file it says security not started although he doesn't believe that is true, since the application is 10 months in. He couldn't comment on when I would receive DM & PPR.

It is true. I also heard the same things, and did not believed that the security was not started.. because already past 10 months ... but after a couple days - security was started .. And now I do not know how many time I need to wait.. avg. time 3 month.
