Study visa delay for Nigeria student only

I submitted my application on 30th Aug via vfs and am yet to receive any update or a medical request and my classes start on 1st of september. My previous application that was regected took 22day. Pls any hope for the study visa

You applied late. If the school has a policy that allows you to defer, kindly send an email to the school requesting for your admission to be deferred to winter 2020 and give reason why you should be considered. ( delay from the embassy is a good reason )

My classes starts 15 September and I deferred to winter 2020. I submitted my application on the 27th of June and the embassy requested for medicals on the 13th of August. I did my medical test on the 22nd of August and the panel physician has sent out the result to the embassy. I hear it take about 3 weeks for a decision to be made after they receive the medical test and the candidate passes the test. So I’m looking at September ending to know my fate.

You shouldn’t have deferred honestly you should have been patient, if they wanted to delay you they wouldn’t have sent you for Medicals .

No it wouldn’t. If school resumes and you don’t resume with them, your admission would be revoked. So inform the school

I have been to the US,India and Canada. I also gave them travel history of my immediate family members (London, Greece USA South Africa, Dubai and Ghana) I made photocopies of their passport datapage as well as inward and outward immigration stamps, to prove that we always return to Nigeria after every visit

My dad’s company stood as a sponsor and I submitted the companies dollar account bank statement, particulars of directors, audit report proof of business activities(receipt and invoices), article of association, tax clearance, company profile, sponsorship letter signed and stamp by the CEO.

I gave them work ID’s of my siblings and dad, and explained the kind of job they do, to prove that my family members have vibrant careers and live in Nigeria and made them understand that family was very important to me, and told them to confirm from my passport of my return home during summer and Christmas holidays when I was studying for my undergrad in Ghana.
