Is it normal to have Decision Made on the Sponsor side (Haven't got SA Letter yet) in ECAS but for PA it says In Process (but doesn't have the second line where it says "We started Processing....")?

Waiting for the PCC as well. CPC Mississauga. Hopefully they send out something soon.

CPC-M does not send PCC request, it will come from secondary local VO a.k.a based on country of residence and only toward the end as criminal and background check is done at 2nd local VO

CPC-M assigned as LVO for many PGP applicants already.
