My MIL is returning to her home country on sep 5th after spending 10 months in canada on super visa. She spent another 10 months here in 16 and 17. Does anybody know if I should get Canadian pcc before she leaves? No requests have been received yet but I don't know how she would get it if she is in her home country.

Because CIC don’t need it.

Before In process there was Appl received status.
Check your sponsorship ecas details , 2nd line tell you when they start processing your application

When I click on in process, it just says that we received your application on april 26th

Can you please update my line, line 314:
AOR received on Aug 27th;
account linked on Aug 30th.

I was able to link my mom's permanent resident application on Aug 30. I am not sure if there is another application - sponsor application that I need to link for my account. Can someone advise if there are two applications or one?
