You have first approval after ECAS for sponsorship changes to decision made.

I got Decision Made today.

I looked at the "In Process" on my dad's application and it says "We sent xxxxx a letter on August 29, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us." Do you think that is the same biometrics request or something else?

Last Friday I was able to check ECAS & link my mom's application plus I received the AOR letter last Monday.
However, it shows application received in ecas for both sponsor & applicant.
I am applying from Quebec, any experience or idea is appreciated for the next step. Will I get a message from Quebec Gov. for financial evaluation a Kit to be submitted ? If you have any idea or tip please don't hesitate to share it with me. Your response is highly appreciated Thanks & good luck to everyone with their application process.

Fill those forms / get additional documents for financial evaluation, wait for SA approval letter (you need to attach it to the undertaking application) and then send it to MIDI Quebec

The sponsored person signs the Demande de sélection permanente - Catégorie du regroupement familial A-0520-BF (3 signatures), the other required signatures are of the sponsor (you). If I were you, I would be getting the sponsored person (s) signatures right now, just so when you get the SA mail you can send the package immediately as Quebec is currently experiencing some delays in giving the CSQ

What you can proactively do is fill the forms, get all the necessary documents (financial evaluation is not a piece of cake), get the sponsored person (s) signatures and have everything ready so when you get SA letter you just print it and send it the same day

@diegosolano that's a great idea, I think there is only one form that needs the sponsored person's signature which I already had couple of months ago, I will fill the rest of the forms too soon.
What do you mean by "Financial evaluation is not a piece of cake" ?
Any idea about the necessary or requested documents ?
Or they are just forms to fill ?

I kinda find MyCIC useless. I have received additional document request from LVO via email and relatively up to date status in ECAS. However on the other hand MyCIC remains the same as in the beginning, no message, no updates reflecting the real time situation. Thoughts? Or am I missing anything?
