I can’t remember what to do so please help me to solve this. What if they will request PPR from Mississauga and my father is in the Philippines, what should I do? Can we submit it in CVAC/VFS Philippines?

I am entering all information needed to link my paper application to the online account however it still does not find my application. I entered the PA's file number, UCI and all other information. any advise as what could be wrong and hw can I proceed?

My mom is in Canada and today i got req for her biometric with deadline sept 29...she will be still in Canada....can we req ircc for an extension??

Is she going back home soon? You can request an exception, they gave 30 days exception (so total 60 days from the initial request date) to someone.
If she has a visa to USA, then you can do it in USA also.
If you need to request exception, do it ASAP as they might take some time to get back to to you.

Send a web form, and then wait a few days then you might call them to check that if they have received your web form.
So deadline is Sept 29th as of now, if they give you extension of another 30 days, deadline will be Oct. 29th.
As you mentioned she is going back on Oct. 1st, she will have enough time to complete it.
Send a webform with file number and all the other details.
Also, upload the bio letter and her return ticket (if you already have one) so they can see that she is going back on Oct. 1st.
I hope they get back to you soon with an extension

If there are no more dependents of your parents and you don’t have a co signer.

Ohh! I have no idea about that.
I think that would be too long, and even if they extend they will delay your application.
In your case, you might check with them to get an exception if you mom had done bio in the past but there is less possibility of that too.
If your mom is already here, apply for USA visa for her now. What is your application received date?

Would advice againist it..go to Mexico and do it in 2 daya

Your best option is to go to mexico and do the bio. You will not need a visa to enter. For USA, you will have to go through the visa process.
OR
Change her ticket and send her early, so she will be able to finish the bio asap.

Question regarding the biometrics:

in my PA's online account, under the applicant information box I see the latest biometrics date ( back in 2017 for visitor visa) and expiry date as 2027.
Does it mean that he might be exempted from another biometrics?

PCC is valid for 6 months and medical result is valid for 12 months. If LVO asks PCC first, do they finalize PR before the expiration date of PCC or medical exam?
