@robertp @YULIA-2016 = My Ecas changed to DM today, which means I was approved, correct? But how can this be so if I haven't sent my undertaking forms to Quebec yet? Is it like "approved pending the CSQ" type of thing?

• Like all other QC applicant CIC approved your sponsorship application .
• now wait for SA letter ( Email) you will get in 3-5 business day after DM.
• submit your CSQ and undertaking applcation (Include SA letter from CIC ) to MIDI .

your Local visa office ( LVO) will hold your PR application until they not get CSQ from MIDI. you will not get any IME or PCC until CSQ not issue.

• Processing time for MIDI approx Total 10 Week .
• you will received AoR from MIDI within 2-3 week after MIDI received your complete application
• follow CSQ process Q&A: link

Without IME #, the agent cannot find her record. But I'm not 100% sure. That's why you'd better submit a request by webform even though you cannot find the previous IME letter.

I have found the Letter with IME.. Thank you so much! So your next advise is to request by webform to have my mom exempt her from doing the medical? Is there a specific request that I should tell the officers in regards with this concern?

We have to wait and experience it I dint see any PCC requests yet, especially from Mississauga office, there are only 3-4 who is in the tracker got PCC from Mississauga @JamesYoyo @APPLE@0722 Can you please comment on how you received PCC request

by email along with other requests for Chinese Hukou and CV.

Is she going back home soon? You can request an exception, they gave 30 days exception (so total 60 days from the initial request date) to someone.
If she has a visa to USA, then you can do it in USA also.
If you need to request exception, do it ASAP as they might take some time to get back to to you.
