guys how long did it take for you to receive ME request after receiving bio request? Since my parents need to travel to a different city for both requests, i'm wondering whether i should wait for a few days so that they can complete bio and ME together... Is this a bad idea? Will this slow down the process?
It was one week when we received ME after bio. However, I am not sure if IRCC waits for bio to be complete before they send ME request ?

Question for Delhi Folks...
Doctor recommendation for IME? Positive / Negative experience?
I don't think this will affect the processing of sponsorship files as the statement doesn't even mention "sponsorship", it clearly means that it is to a) process the first PR card faster, b) allow people that are already here to do their landing in these offices, or c) take the oath the same day as the test (which is already done in some offices because I've seen some examples in the Citizenship forum)
Ok thanks. I meant for my citizenship application which is currently in process. My Jamaican passport expires in October and renewing it from here takes 6 weeks. I'll renew it next time I visit but of course I need a passport to travel so doing the oath right after the test will allow me to have a Canadian passport faster. Not having a valid passport makes me nervous.
Can we do landing for parents within Canada by going to border like Niagara Falls ?
My mother already has a ticket booked for 3rd Jan 2020 on a regular visitor VISA.
For PR, bio and Medicals are already complete. I am hoping the PR application gets complete before that and she can land in Jan as PR itself.
However, if the PR is not complete, then she will visit as regular visitor for 6 months in Jan and hope PR will be complete while she is in Canada
Does anyone see any concern with this ?

You can go to Niagra Rainbow bridge and cross the bridge and come back. The US border officials will give her a letter (mention that you are there for landing), that letter basically says you denied entry to US (no stamp on Passport), bring that letter back on the way back and your landing will be processed at the Canadian side.

Can you please update line 282:
Correct application received date to May 24
AOR Date: August 23
Is there any update on your MyCIC about the medical results?
Just says medical received, i think if there was any issue with medical they dont send it to CIC.

Your myCIC should show "You have passed Medical exam" though ecas will show "Medicals received"
Do all dependants require PCC? Or just PA?

@Chinkoo . Did you already submit the PCC to IRCC, any update in your myCIC after submitting PCC ? I am wondering if submitting it before IRCC request will cause confusion in officers mind ?
No, I have not submitted it yet and plan to submit it when IRCC asks for it. Just got it in advance so that I can submit immediately after it is requested.
