Applied Federal PR: 27-Sep-2017
RPRF paid: 12-May-18
Medical Instruction Received: 11-Jun-2018
Medical done: 20-Jun-2018 and additional test required for spouse and all the formalities had been done in Sept. 2018. Finally, medical passed and information updated on 28-Sept-2018. Now it is showing “Medical results have been received”
Application start processing: 11-Jun-2018
Re-medical request come on 29-July-2019: Re-medical done on 14-Aug-2019 and the result passed.

Congrats! Majority who had remedicals got their PPR within the month. Maximum time of waiting is for three months! Anyhow, start planning your flight now!

You dont need to worry everything is in its proper place. The request is just to update both your employment/ educational background. Maybe they found it incomplete so they requested a new one. I believe your PPR will be soon!

There's nothing like a file number. you should have two numbers - UCI(client identifier) and Application Number.

Application number starts with EP. It's mentioned in the email when you received your UCI.
