SA status is “In Process” since August 20th 2019

Ecas is saying “We sent you correspondence on August 20, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required”

I haven’t received anything yet, Should I be waiting for email or CIC account should show documentation requested? Please advise

Did you check myCIC. Normally it should show you the request.

You may not hear from us for a little while, this is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date.

Is there a delay or should I see right away?

myCIC has different sections. They will also attach any document or correspondence that they sent. Do you see no change under any sections or any document attached if you scroll down ?

Application received on 21 June. I just spoke with the CIC agent. She took my receipt number and tried looking for the application number.. After that she said she cant find anything because the package is still not opened. They had a big rush of submissions in June and currently they are working on app received last week of May to First week of June. She asked me to be patient till sept 2-3 week. That is when the packages which were received will start moving..

I am not sure what does it mean, but this morning when I checked my Application Status I found there is one more line under Permanent Residence status says "We started processing XXX's application on August 20, 2019". Please update my line #98. PR status still IP, no other correspondences from LVO: HK.

That is correct...May 24 is only started to move in last couple of days

Hey guys, I applied for my parents immigration under family class this year in January and they just got request for medical exam. They've been living with me in Canada for just about over a year as visitors under visitor visa status.
I got their medical exam done back in February 2019 when I requested immigration for their visitor visa extension. Now for the PR Purposes, they've asked Medical Exam again. I was doing some reading that the medical exam is valid for 12 months.

What I was wondering is if I am able to use the same results for their exam so I don't end up paying for another exam which costs about $800.

Any input is appreciated, thanks.

You can use the current results. Just submit all details and/or forms through CIC webform.

The processing of applications starts in order of received date but once the file is in process, how long it will take to finalize the application depends on the complexity of the file. This explains why files are not finalized in the same order they were received. While we endeavour to process all files within the departmental processing standard, complex applications may require more than 12 months. The IRCC Office in London is a large office responsible for 17 countries in three different regions (the British Isles and Nordic Countries, the Gulf, and Pakistan and Afghanistan). Due to the volume of applications we receive it may be a few months before we start active processing of your application."

SA status is "Decision made"
BUT
PR application status revert back from "In process" to "Application Received"

If you dont see anything in your account messages and no email, better to contact CIC via phone to know what correspondence they sent.

Someone posted yesterday that he saw the similar msg and when called IRCC they said this is their internal communication (NOA from CRA I believe) and nothing for the applicant or sponsor. But you should call them to confirm.
