Wow, we just got Biometrics request, weird as my mother is here in Canada and has been for a year, the letter even has our Canadian address, but well at least it's something!
Any recommendation to do them close to Montreal? I scheduled the appointment in the Vermont ASC as it seems to be the closest one, but the earliest appointment is in 2 weeks (September 3rd) and it seems to be the case for all the close ones (Albany, New Hampshire)
Which clinic is this? Usually they send after 5-10 days and mycic updated in 3-5 days after that. Are you processed at CPC-M? If so it will be slower than other visa offices oversea

since Aug 19th, I contacted them this morning and found out what document is required, you can call them and check what was requested and also you can sumit an online web form for technical issue stating that you didnt received the correspondence as per your MyCIC/ECAS status and they will resend you the email in 2 - 5 business days.
