outland applicant ,12 Month ongoing from AOR but no MR ,VO is Singapore, Submitted query through web form and they replied as below ,what does it mean? Have the VO yet to touch my file? Whether should apply GCMS

Theres none yet hi want to ask if there is ghost update how will i know still submitted on my ecas. I heard that when ghost update doesnt take time it will change to submitted in a short time.

after 17 I got Medical, but after that, I got stuck on Security Screening... , which needs another 1 year to complete. Saddd !
My background is very simple, was just student before, never worked... does not have any travel history except several days travel in US. Stayed in Canada for 5 years. My nationality is not a problem, a lot of people from my country got PR without security screening.

order note is the only way you can confirm if you are in SS.
statistic data is shown SS is half year to 1 year and sometimes it is even longer, some edge case is 4 years. and it is out of control of IRCC... you can do nothing about it.
