my profile status didnt change after PPR, now my visa tracker through VFS showing : has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2019/08/13 . My CIC profile is still counting down, process bar shows 5 days left.
It it the way how it works ? At what point does the CIC profile status change to applicaiton compelted ?

The IRCC portal only changes after you have been granted CoPR and your visa has been stamped.
Nothing to worry now.
There are many applicants here who have received CoPR went to Canada and still don't have their IRCC status updated..

Completed my 6 months wait yesterday. Status is changed to the application is taking more than usual time to process. After reading the thread, I mailed Mr. Goodale last evening. I have not ordered GCMS notes until now..

My one friend who had applied in Dec 2018, got her PPR within 10 days of completing the timeline and another friend got her PPR on the day completing her timeline.

Let’s see what cic has in store for us. Hope to see the golden mail soon

I believe more than 50 % have crossed time frame with out any decision !!

if it exceeds the timeline shown on your mycic then you might stuck in security screening. If it is, give it at least another half year to 1year.

No, exceeding 6 months doesn't mean that VO has reviewed your file. My file is still awaiting to be first time reviewed by officer

What is your AOR?
Yes, you are right. My file was not touched even after the end of 6 months. Don’t know what’s the status now.
I have entered a zone where I don’t want to even call and know what’s the update.

yeah, you are right. but it is just a possibility. If you confirmed it is security check in process and exceeding 6months. you'd better check notes.

No one knows how things work and how they assign the PPR. I think, It's as simple as one morning you just get the Golden email.
