The official position of AINP is that chances of being issues NOI with an EE profile with less than 3 months to expire decrease.
Applicants for EE with a profile about to expire should always consider creating a new one. They must, however, be mindful of any process ongoing with a province (if any) with the existant profile.

Unfortunately no. Until the moment your LMIA is approved you don't have a formal job offer.
Be reasonable and patient you will do well in Express Entry!

Does any body know which month is under processing by the ainp now ? I called them before they told me they are processing may 25th. I called again after 2 weeks and i was told they're opening files received on april 8 .

AINP is more than willing to share processing progress for all streams with the notable exception of Express Entry. It seems to be a matter of policy.
The dates you gave are consistent with status with some other streams but with no doubt of Express Entry.
Giving feedback of friends here in the forum they are already working on early July applications.

To be invited by Alberta you have to select either Alberta or select the All option.

Alberta has on many occasions invited applicants with CRS lower than the 400's. However everyone should be reminded that CRS score is not a sufficient condition to be invited.

I have applied on 10 July and I recieved file number on 7 August . For AEES.

I just received nomination today Aug 14, 2019. I didn't get any phone call but I'm not sure my supervisor got a call or not. I'm on vacation back in Edmonton rn.
