When I put my information online It says sorry we were not able to find you.
Do we have to apply for ecas or is it automatic? How does it work?

As mentioned a few times in this forum, just wait a few days, then you will be able to access your ecas.
No you don’t need to apply etc. It’s an access automatically provided to each application. https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

Yea noticed the same.. not sure if multiple persons use this account, or if his app was returned and had to redo it again.. at any rate, it’s doesn’t appear straightforward

Hey guys.. I have a question.. so the 12 months processing time, does it start clocking when you get AOR or is it when the application was delivered?
Just curious if those first 3 months of waiting time will be part of the 12 months, or not
