They provide me an email address that email there own account. I wrote all the matter send them email.after 1 hours i again made a call to ask for receiving email.they told we forward your email to cic .after a few hours mine biometric got updated

Yes u r right most of the people told me that it is auto-generated email through embassy which implies that your file was opened and it is now under process.

And if someone didnt get it after 14 days it means the file is not opened? I havent rcvd any and my status shows submitted so whats does it mean?
