I haven't found answer, so I have a question guys. In ECAS the status changed from "in process" to "application received", in GCKey nothing changed. Does anyone know what it means? Was anyone in same situation? I called CIC yesterday and today but I wasn't able to talk to them yet.

That’s means your application transfer to a local office and it will be processed by a local officer.

You're right. Just talked to an agent. My application has been transferred to local office but don't know the reason why. Allegedly this is normal. And there is no due date how long it will take from now.
