Finally spoke to WES people after 30 minutes of waiting on the call. They said they will delete it asap. I told them how important this is. Hope things go positively. Thanks much for your support guys!
my transcripts were shipped via air from Chennai on 31st July. How long does it take to reach WES. Though tracking options are available, it just says, the package has left the home country and en-route to Canada.
14/6/2019 - Master's transcripts dispatched by university
19/6/2019 - Degree certs faxed
21/6/2019 - 'We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).'
31/7/2019 - Bachelor's Digitary transcript shared
1/8/2019 - 'We are reviewing your evaluation report. Your evaluation is due for completion on 29/8/2019.'
I had that happen so I called and found out I needed to send another document. The guy on the phone updated my status right away to ON HOLD. DHL just delivered the extra document to WES today so hopefully I'll get an update soon. If not, I'll be calling to check.

Masters documents sent (by university): 26th June 2019
BE documents received (as per courier tracking) : 2nd July 2019
MBA documents received (as per courier tracking) : 9th July 2019
WES Status:
5th July 2019: We received your documents. We are reviewing your documents
7th July 2019: We received your documents. We are reviewing your documents
15th July 2019: We received your documents. We are reviewing your documents
25th July 2019: We received your documents. We are reviewing your documents
6th Aug 2019: All docs accepted. Report due on 3rd Sept 2019.
PS: I did not send a single mail or make a call to WES to enquire about the status during this period.
My Observations (especially true if you're from India):
If your college is recognized (probably helps if you have a degree from an institute of national/international repute), then WES wouldn't take longer-than-usual time to verify your degree. I guess 1 month is a standard time they take before accepting your documents. Most of the recognized colleges/universities have dedicated officers who know how to quickly verify your degree(s), in case WES reaches out to them.
Wishing you all the very best!
It wasn't my choice really, the universities sent the documents through DHL. Master from UK, and Bachelor from UAE.They hardly took 2-3 business days to deliver.

I could be one hell of a unlucky person as my application is stuck from last 3 months even when my college is on "Institutions of National Importance" list. Multiple inquires to WES and my University and still no progress.
Process started on 26th March, transcripts reached in April..Now in 4th month and still no sign of report generation.
A quick question, Do the CEP (Course Exemption Program)/ RPL(Recognition of Prior Learning) of Masters in Network by University of Mayford (USA) give a positive ECA ?
I took my 3yrs Bachelors for a regular college. The counselor from university of Mayford offered me Masters of Network by converting my 12yrs experience to credit hours, thereby attaining a Masters Degree.
Seniors, really appreciated if you could give me a quick thought on this issue.
