Has anyone gotten pr based on a part time job without showing pay stubs?

Pay stubs are not mandatory. As someone stated here, focus on the documents that have been requested. The rest can be provided on request (if needed at all).

I know they aren't required but part time hours are sometimes variable and I just wanted to know if someone has been able to have his application approved without the request for pay stubs along with verification letter

The guys at 458 who filed after last draw of May are still stuck, so 457 upto that time will be pulled in along with them.

Hi..my company has given reference letter...but the roles and responsibilities mentioned in that are in general. They are very strict that they will be able to give only whatever is there in the JD. Consultant is telling this is not enough. My NOC is 01222.Please assist what should we do now?!

457-458 with 3600 ITAs
(worst case 459)
Or
456-457 with 3900 ITAs

Which ever way, there must always be PNP nominations...even if the CRS will be 457 or 458.if there is going to be influx of PNP then the cut off will be 458. If not I think the cut off will be 457.
