I remember before I received my PR I got a passport request and it took them around 2-3 weeks to put landing visa in my passport and sent it back to me. So it basically means PR, am I not right?
No new application received/ AOR
Its look like they are processing only applicationsbefore before May 15, 2019.
We applied just one month due docs delay.
It does not mean, our application put on hold ....average days are keep increasing

Its not only for you, but average days are increasing even for early May applicants. We have to understand that with each passing day IRCC have received more and more applications, hence increase in average processing time is expected.
If you look at tracker, IRCC received maximum number of applications in first 3 weeks of May.
1. If Sponsor is not representing the Applicant, email will go to PA.
2. SA email will come to sponsor
3. Depends of what type of document. If only related to PA, will go to PA
There is no problem to keep the same email address for both and many did that in this forum.
IRRC process says if you provide an e-mail address, all communication should come via e-mail. Few people mentioned they are seeing mail communication. I don't know if they have any issue with bounced e-mail or not.
AOR Issued: July 11, 2019
(Application received: May 09, 2019/ECAS Update: Application Received appeared on June 26, 2019)
I received hard copy AOR by mail suggesting to send IMM 5476 that I am holding as I am not aware of any benefit as I have access to email of sponsored person.

Did anyone else here received a hard copy of AOR. ?
Why would they request IMM 5476 unless you completed it with original application and they want you to fill it again.
"PCC is the last step" may not be entirely true. As you can see from the tracker, there are a few PCC requests which were made prior to DM for sponsor.
