If your background says; 'we are processing your background check. we will send you message, if we need more information' - I can only imagine that security is the final verification.

yeah i left with security, but last time when i called to cic according to them security was not started . it's now more then month from prearrival date. i didn't get anything . i called them yesterday too but same response "security not started yet". Do i need to call again

I called yesterday and agent said mine started; At "Validation" stage of security.
2 weeks ago agent said they had not started.

Just wait 2-3 weeks and call again to see.

Maybe don't call so regularly, there's nothing you can do to speed up the process, I imagine you're creating a little too much stress for yourself.
PR will come, let them do their thing, and call them every 2 weeks to get an update.

It's summer, take your mind off PR a little bit and enjoy the weather. Before you know it, Autumn rain cold will be here!

Interesting! I have never seen that ECAS changes from "in process" to "application received".
