How do I get the chance to go to work in Canada?
Can we apply first to Express entry and then later send the ECA report? Or it is important to have ECA done before applying. For example in my case, I have applied for ECA and expecting it, should I apply for Express entry or wait till I get my ECA done and get the mail
Thank you

You cannot create an Express Entry profile without an ECA, so no.
I have a question, so in the last ten years, I studied in the US, then I moved to Canana to study and work. And Canada has been my country of residence since 2015, til now.
Every year, i travelled back to my home country for 2-3 weeks.
Right now Im filling up the travel history form after I got ITA today... Im so confused , so I just need to list out all the trips to the US right? How ab all the trips to Canada, do I have to list out as well? And all the trips back to my home country, I dont have to list out right?!?
If anyone knows, please help!! Thanks so muchh
Hi Everyone,
Apologies if this may be a repeated question but I haven't been on the forum in a while.
For the work letters I have the following :
- Employment agreement on the company letterhead stating the name and office address of the company. This agreement covers my job title, work hours, salary, reporting manager and is signed by a company authorized signatory.
- In addition to this, I have my payslips and CTC breakup as well.
Do I still need a separate work reference letter or will these documents suffice.

Hi guys, I have a question regarding ECA.
When I created my EE profile, I only uploaded my highest degree (Canadian Master's degree) excluding bachelor's degree which I earned outside of Canada.
As far as I know, I don't need ECA for my bachelor's as I didn't state that in my profile and I have master's degree in Canada.
Is this correct?
My crs score is 459
Cut off for july 24 ,2019 is 459
And i submitted the file on may 21, 2019
My friend who submitted the file last week also had 459 points
She got the invite
Is there anything i have to worry about?
Thank you
The CRS score is updated approximately every fortnight. So you need to check the score if that is valid for a particular CRS draw or not.
Hi All,
I have a query on proof of funds.
Can we show Provident Fund account of the accompanying spouse ? is it an acceptable proof of funds.
Please advice. Anyone from India applied PR using PF and got it ?

You can create an affidavit in your own words mentioning roles/responsibilities, work hours, dates, and designation, and show it in your application.

It is advised to show Fixed deposits in name of primary applicants only.
In case of joint accounts, get a letter signed by other account holder having no issue if you withdraw money for immigration to Canada.

No, this isn't enough. You need a letter that details your actual job duties. That letter must be on your company letterhead and signed by your manager/hr. if that's impossible to get, you need to get colleagues/clients to write the letter - the important thing is that the letter must be verifiable and written by a third party, not you yourself.
Your job duties are what qualify you for the NOC. Without that, your application will be rejected. And no, you cannot submit a self-written affidavit, that will have no value at all.
Hi Guys, I have submitted my application 6 months ago and haven't heard any reply from them. What should I do? In application status it is showing "Your application is taking us longer than usual to process."
Hi,
Could anyone help me with information on what happens after we get the COPR? I mean, how long a stay should I plan for Canada when I come for the first time?
Hai I m arun,
I just want to ask that I submitted my application for express entry in Canada. I m having only secondary college (puc) but my agency asking for transcript certificate for that to submit in WES.
Whether transcript still required for secondary education?
Thank you.
Not required and given that your agency doesn't even know such basic details it would be better if you got rid off them. They will surely mess up things in future if they have this level of ignorance with respect to the process.
