7 march sponsor approved
11 march- medical pcc
medical and pcc submitted and passed 15 april. Nothing after.

Did not check MyCIC for a while. Checked today and it acknowledges receipt of of additional document, mother's death certificate.
ECAS still reads "In Process" for both the Sponsorship and PR Application.
So no progress per say....:-(

ECAS, PR Application Status has switched back to " Application Received" from "In Process".
Sponsorship Status is "Decision Made"

No i have a representative so they never communicate to me or update ecas. All communications go directly to my lawyer.

Country of Origin = Pakistan
Local Visa office - London

1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 30, 2018.
2. We started processing your application on May 9, 2019.
3. We sent you correspondence on May 9, 2019. = Free Service Letter
4. We sent you medical instructions on May 9, 2019.
5. Medical results have been received. ( May 28 2019)
6. We sent you correspondence on May 30, 2019. (PPC )
7. We sent you correspondence on July 22, 2019. (PPR)

I am also in the similar situation. My Dad's creatinine levels are high and has some kidney issues which has resulted in multiple tests and visits to the panel physician-He just finished his 4th visit 15 days ago. Not sure how many more of them will take place...Good luck to u my friend....

Hello Friends- I am based in Brampton/Toronto-ON.Can anybody with personal experience share a good lawyer/law firm based in Brampton/Mississaua/Toronto to hire for medical inadmissibility appeal . Though we havent heard back the final result from CIC but need to prepare in advance as my Dads creatinine levels have been high resulting into multiple visits to the panel physician (So far, he has never been on dialysis though). Also suggest any other steps that might be helpful in preparation for medical inadmissibility appeal . Many thanks.

I noticed yesterday that medical passed date was corrected. Earlier it was showing November 13 and now changed to when it was submitted. Nothing on BC as of now. LVO is ottawa and I am second round.

Ottawa sucks now. It suppose to be quick, doesn't look though anymore

They usually ask though, mostly at PCC and medical time. However, you can always upload it through webform, they update the file after

Thanks , My CIC account is acting weird . I was asked to upload dependants PCC and it has been showing "error" as soon I hit Upload.
so I ended up sending via Webform.

I sent the technical issue - 15 days ago no response.
