did you get AoR? what is your applicant status ? since when you see Ecas?
can you provide update for your mom and PIL in tracker

Thanks ! So I should expect this to change, once they start working on file ? No AOR and just application received ECAS. Nothing for PIL yet.

By which countries law?

I am not sure how it works, but I was in Spain and the Canadian embassy is in Paris, so I had to send my pasaport to France from Spain via mail and the instructions were given by the embassy.

Also, if parents are here when the PPR comes, i believe we can submit it to Ottawa CPC as in the PPR it says, if you are in Canada an plan to be there for next 3 months, you can submit your passport to ottawa CPC.

Is it possible to expedite biometrics, medical and Police certificate, so my parents can do it in their home country before they travel to Canada in 2 months from now?

Got AOR last night and my parents are currently in home country. They will be coming to Canada in two months and will stay here for 5 months.

I am worried abiut how to respond to biometrics, PCC and medical request once my parents are here in Canada. Thank you

Can’t Expedite it but you are likely to get requests soon if you have AOR.

Yes it just takes time. If you parents have just done a medical for another visa would be another reason a medical isn’t requested. They are good for 1 year.

Get biometrics done in US ( If they have visa), get PCC from Indian consulate and get medicals done in Canada.

Did anybody got PCC from vancouver consulate for parents? How long it took?

Desicion was made on my sponser application still waiting for SA,medical or PCC. should I apply for PCC ahead of time?

Yes it just takes time. If you parents have just done a medical for another visa would be another reason a medical isn’t requested. They are good for 1 year.

Medical was done for Supervisa but it is already expired , so will wait for new request ! Also CIC status shows we don't need biometric and under background check not applicable. Will know better once they start processing and receive AOR or SA email

Hello,

I have a question please, my file was incomplete and I am finalizing now the documents to send them again.
In the letter, CIC mentionned that I can send the missing documents electronically via email for faster processing and they provided me with the email address.
I need to know please if I must Validate, print, ask my mother to sign then scan and send or I can only write her name in the last box and send the validated form ? Please note that I cannot fill electronically the part where she has to write her name in the consent section.

Should I expect medical exam at later stage ?? ECAS shows application received and CIC status is in process.

Requested documents sent on Jul 2, two different phone agents verified of reception and claimed email attachments are fine, no original copies needed. However, MyCIC status never changed to review additional documents. Should I be worried? Or is this something VO can decide not to update necessarily? Please advise if anyone has experience with it.

These things aren’t instantaneous. Think after 4 weeks you can get concerned.
