Hello,

A friend While trying to request a refund for a sponsorship application she wasn’t eligible for, accidentally requested a refund for her citizenship application payment. She called to cancel request. However the agent she spoke to stated the application was not on file.and advised she waits or sends a new application.

Her application was received on May 7.

Has anyone had or heard of this kind of issue in the past and can advise to the way forward?
