What are the acceptable proofs of relationship to parents? Just got an email the my birth certificate does not have my name printed on it. Any suggestions?

You can send an affidavit. When was your application received ?

Are you sure your status is the recent application and not any old one? did you check the dates after clicking on each status?
I am just saying that because i have my old application in ecas...just to be sure as your case is unique it seems

For Ecas, You can use your UCI number or PR Card number or Citizenship Group/FIle number.
I don't have family name in my passport, so i use my full name in Family name field and it works!
