Is it better to do Medical upfront ? Or should I wait until they send me a letter: Medical Required?

Which way is usually faster?

How long are you in the process? Don’t do it upfront at least after 10-12 months in the process. I did it upfront at the beginning and now is expired.

No, you don't get an email but when you open your account online, it says there is an update, but there is no actual update. Then, it goes back to submitted again.

Here’s my timeline:
5/29 Medical check done
5/29 Pre-arrival service letter
7/2 PPR
7/3 PP sent to CPO
7/5 delivered

I’m still waiting for Decision made and approval.

Is there anyone who received CoPR?

I sent out passport a day earlier than you. But haven't got my passport back.

Do you know how long it usually takes to get passport back?

When did you receive pre arrival letter? Do you know your visa office? Cic received your mailed application on Aug 17?
