I just linked my cic account and it is showing the following message:
"We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."
Also a question:
It shows my mom's biometrics number from back in 2017 for visitor visa and expiry date of 2027. I know that PR needs completely new biometrics but has there ever been an exception? I am asking because I wanna plan ahead for Mexico ...
thanks bud...but we're not really debating if EI is an income or not....most people know it's taxable income.
we're discussing if CIC recognizes regular EI is an income when they assess minimum necessary income (MNI)
TL;DR
1. You should still be aware that CIC might not take regular EI when they calculate MNI.
2. If regular EI is the only way to get you on the ship, collect as much evidence as you can to show that CIC did not do their best revealing the info that applicants have to deduct regular EI earnings from line 150.
3. Keep your fingers crossed and pray to whatever God you believes in.

it's a bit early for you to check ...mine took 2 months and 2 days to show up.
but anyways, I used my UCI number and my last name, date and place of birth
