I am currently visiting my family in Vancouver. My Aor is 14 Feb (28 days remaining). I am wondering which number I should call and what time I should call (not sure about the time zone difference). Thank you!

The representative might have found your approach too direct; again nothing wrong with it... but here you are calling a busy agent and asking them to make an effort to tell you more on what they can see on your file/notes!!! So, may be address the fact that you have called and it might be busy day for them... and request if they can see any progress on your file... or start with questions like - I was wondering where my file is place for processing and would like to know the VO... communication is effective when you get the other person talking... so ask open ended questions...

Don't call back too soon... give it a week I would say before you make the next call... All the very best (Y)

Eligibility - In Progress
Criminality - In Progress

I am soo worried

I called them and they told me that my application is not in canada.

The application is in Delhi office.

I tried calling them but there is no way to connect with them on call.I am to write them a mail .

Guys pls I have a quick question. My brother did biometrics last year when he was applying for a student Visa. Now he got BIL and MEP yesterday for his PR application and the Biometrics of last year was updated on his profile. Will he need to do another BIometeics?

Pretty reliable, my case was the same and got PPR email in next 10 days!! So things can move quickly
