From what I understand, you received ITA, submitted form and waiting for PPR email..

And you want to query why you didn't receive PNP nomination

In my opinion, 5 months is normal processing time for ITA.. it takes this much time for most people..

Profiles that have submitted post ITA application are not visible to provinces..

I may be wrong about this.. but I think first applicant's NOC matters

yes you are correct, we already received our ITA and thats why we are out of this pool of available profiles. Only option to wait for PPR now.

Hi All, I have received EOI in OINP tech draw, and my current employer doesn't provide an employment reference letter so I will have to get it from a colleague. Considering that one of the qualifying factors for OINP is mentioned as last one year should be in the selected NOC, my concern is, Can my application get rejected due to the unavailability of employment letter for the last one year? Will the letter from colleague work?

I am applying under CEC stream but in my required documents, I have to upload some documents for Arranged Employment. As I know, Arranged Employment is for FSW stream.

Spouse work ref letter is optional, not compulsory as its not required. But if you have it ready, it will be okay to also upload. No harm in DAT.

Hey everyone, I waited for a few months in the US for a H1B that I did not get. I was unemployed during this time. Should I explain this gap by saying "Unemployed" or "Waiting for work authorization"? Both are technically correct. This is for the "Other activities" section of the OINP application post NOI.

Please help!

Hi Medi, it happened not so long ago. On May 22, there was a draw for the Ontario French stream

Hello every one,

I recently received NOI form ontario and in the process of submitting my documents.I have few queries regarding the employment and work history documents.I am professional with 12 years of experience and was in UK for 3 months during which i don have salary deposit in my india account,
Similarly i was in other onshore location for 1 year where I used to get partial salary in india for that year.
Is it ok if I submit form 16 as my salary proof for these periods as I have that handy with me .

You need to order for Duplicate copy which WES will send directly to OINP.

Is your application already approved? Mine is still in Decision in Progress.
