where was the word " Option C" mentioned in the forms. although I did attach a copy of NOA and provided SIN. It seems I am missing something . this option C has been referred a few times on this forum by many users.

and how can I obtain that??

they gave me 30 days
Option C print out take 3 weeks to mail to my address.

That is very unfortunate!!! Did they request anything from you so far? all 30/4 people should receive medical request now
