I never did an HND. I completed BCS and used that to complete the Final Year at ICBT

BCS stands for British Computer Society. That’s the awarding body.

Anyone knows how long VFS Colombo takes to return passports after PPR.
Handed in my passport on the 24th of May, they said it'll be ready in a week but will call or email for collection. It's been way over a week and when I checked the VFS tracker it says it's still in progress.

Me too got the email asking for passports on 19/06/19. My APR was in November .
Now can i consider this as successful or would there be chances for any refusal during the passport chop?

Thanks and congratulations to you too...Its very unlikely to get any refusals after PPR. Worst case you might be asked to resubmit your photos if they are not in the IRCC guideline. Apart from that you are all good to go. May I know when you submitted your passport to VFS?

May I know when you collected your stamped Visa on Passport and CoPR?

That's great. I submitted on the 24/06/19 and awaiting for an update. Usually it takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks from passport submission to collection. Let me know if you hear any updates? My tracking says its still in process!!!
