ME: Would you be able to explain how does the 20,000 cut off works for the parents sponsorship.

CIC Agent: It is related to the initial application, the one that had a controversy.

ME: What about for those who got an invitation to apply, does it mean that we made it to the cut-off?

CIC: Yes, once you get the invitation to apply, it means there is no more 20,000 cut-off.

ME: Does it mean that I will not get an email saying I did not make it to the 20,000 cut off?

CIC: No you will not. You are safe. If you got an email inviting you to apply nothing to worry about. You are safe. You can bring your parents soon to Canada

This is repeatedly mentioned in this forum. Check the official FAQ in the last link of my signature. They said if you're invited to apply, they will process your application.

what is your In process on sponsor's side? same as DM?

Anybody Applied for Indian PCC from BLS Canada (Whose parents are here in Canada on Super Visa). The checklist says they need a Vistor Record. Checked IRCC website, it states that to get a Visitor record the processing time is 30 days. Don't they accept just the Canadian visa and stamped page on the passport instead of visitor record.

I called BLS, and they confirmed visitor record is the visa only that they got to travel to Canada.
If it is stamped on the passport, then bring a copy of that. If it is on a separate paper, then bring that original and the copy.

Does anyone have issue with IRCC Webform today? It lets me fill it out, but then doesn't go next to upload the document. I've tried the different browser, but no luck.

Remove spaces and special characters from file name and try to upload the document.

Got request 3-4 days back. Completed yesterday, reflected in myCic today.
